This car can now be seen at the Western Railway Museum in Rio Vista. It is used once a month to power their trains at the museum.

I am suspicious that this is NOT an SN Portable. NE and SN would have had standard ARA couplers, brake system, etc. This car has a streetcar type of drawhead and no air brakes. Take a copy of this photo down to the Junction and compare with the Portable there. Not the same car.

Definitely not the car at WRM... very different, and that car is Portable Substation #1, and I believe its input is 2400VAC, not 13000.
