The plaque is actually located behind the remaining part of the station, to the viewers' left. The mural is there as well. Very attractive.

Yes, the clock tower building that used to be the station has been the home for as long as I can remember to J Hamburger and Such. In addition to the commemorative plaque, there is now a mural memorializing the Key System on the back wall of the burger place.
