the tracks were a bit behind you in the color photo, too.

Dave! Note distance of train to building in distance.It appears that track would be located in saddle that now contains left & right driveways in color photo as well as using grade of road in both photos.

you are correct Haunt, the train is headed east toward the present day bike trail right across from Bollinger Canyon road. The present day Soccer field to the left covers old right of way.
